Hi, there are several ways u can tackle the muffin top: 1) like in the part 2 video where Kelly demo, u can do side planks - try to hold ur body in a straight, weight on the side of ur shoes or on the side of ur knees 2) if u have Dumbbells - or just use some weight at home (like 1.5L bottle) a one in each hand, stand with feed should width apart and tilt left and right to stretch ur sides 3) u need to do something for cardio - be it skipping brisk-walk jogging swimming kickboxing or anything that can get ur heart rate up U will slowly but surely see results of u workout 3-4 times a week, 30 min each (it need not be continuous, can be 15 + 15), and check ur diet
