Super Mum

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. When my appetite is not good, I try to take some maternal milk so at least there's some nutrients. I also find that nuts helped for me. I heard that saltine crackers could help though I've never tried that. Food with high dietary fibre should help with nausea. Also heard that cold food/ginger tea also helps with nausea. Avoid greasy/oily/fatty/spicy food. I hope you feel better soon!

You can get nausea & gastric medication from your doctor/gynae. This is morning sickness in the early stage of pregnancy. It will get by soon. Have some materna milk, bread, biscuit to fill up your tummy to avoid gastric.
