Has anyone used "Teach your child to read.." by Engelmann? Any other reading book recommended for Kindergarten level.

There are a lot of books on how to teach your child to read. It depends a lot of your child's learning styles and thus you might need to try out a few methods to see whether it suits your child's learning style. For me, I think it is important to teach phonetic and sightwords together. Too much reliance on sightwords teaching will cause dylexia issues in children and they can't read new words that they encounter. Here are some of the recommendations: 1.
