Hi, has anyone started taking it during confinement period? Can anyone share how effective it is please? Thank you in advance.

yes, it's effective. i took sunflower lechitin, pump princess and lechita. from newborn until now (13months). but since my baby starting eating, I only took sunflower lechitin and lechita.

I took the sunflower lecithin to help with engorgement. At the same time, it also helped to increase my milk supply and make it fatty!

I took only when i needed milk supply boost and it works for me
