Headaches in the second trimester are pretty common, but daily ones sound like they're really affecting you. Mine got bad around that time too and it turned out to be a mix of hormones, posture from the weight gain, and sometimes dehydration even when I thought I was drinking enough. Definitely worth bringing it up with your PD or gynae just to rule out anything like blood pressure changes, since that's something they'll want to monitor anyway during pregnancy. In the meantime, have you tried rest, a cool compress, or checking if you're getting enough sleep? Hope it eases up for you soon.
