Upper Right Quadrant Pain

Has anyone here experienced upper right abdomen sharp pain? Bigla bigla sumasakit. Usually after kumain. Did a whole abdomen ultrasound, normal naman lahat ng organs ko under this quadrant. No gallstones din. Normal kidneys. Baby is in position na rin. I'm currently 25 weeks. Is this part of pregnancy pa ba or really something serious na? First time mom here. ?

Been in pain for 3mos din sa said part mo mumsh. Consulted my OB and thought twas just acid reflux. worse attack came nung july 4. Lahat ng antacid bngay ng OB ko ininom ko pero di nageeffect. Was rushed to the ER kasi nagpreterm labor na rin ako bcoz of the pain. Did the whole abdomen xray and unfortunately diagnosed gallstones. Inflammed na rin gallbladder ko. My OB then required to do a surgery. Ayun, naopera ako @32nd week of my pregnancy. Baka yung sayo acid?
