Body Rashes at the end of pregnancy-week 39

Has anyone experience pregnancy rashes at week 39 or earlier? I have this rashes started from my bump then spread to my legs and arms, it’s super itchy that it disturbed my sleep. Any remedies please share , thank you!

I had this spotting rashes on my bump during pregnancy, afraid to scratch it (cuz they said too much scratching can turn into stretchmark 😅) i just applied bio oil and lotion to sooth my skin, so it won’t get too dry.
