Hi! I've heard quite a bit about both from other mums here. Honestly, Harmony seems to be the more popular choice locally, a few people I know went with it and found it quite reliable. Panorama does offer a bit more (like the microdeletion syndrome panel if you want to add that on), but some mums have mentioned they've had more hiccups with it compared to Harmony, so it's worth asking your clinic about their experience too. Both do screen for the same core conditions, so either way it's a good screening step, just remember it's still a screening test, not diagnostic, so your doctor will likely want to follow up with ultrasound scans as well. Definitely worth having a chat with your specialist about which one they'd recommend for your specific situation!
just did NIPT in JB at Klinik Hana for RM1300+RM50 ultrasound. done by GP doctor Malay lady who was very knowledgeable and polite. waiting for result. Read that NIPT can be double the price or more in Singapore, so thought it was worth a day trip over.
