Alhamdulillah on your 7 weeks, mama! Cramping at this stage is usually just your uterus stretching and growing, sangat normal, especially first pregnancy, tapi kalau it's sharp, one-sided, or ada bleeding, better check with your doctor eh, just to be safe. Few of my mum friends had this and semua okay je, tapi setiap orang lain, so best confirm with your OB. Rest more, drink plenty of water, and try not to worry too much, easier said than done, I know!
