Ahhh sayang, tu memang signs kepala dah engaged! Rasa bengkak dan sakit tu normal je, especially bila dah jalan, stretching yang teruk la tu, pressure dari baby yang turun. A few of my mum friends yang first time natural labour cakap contraction paling first signs, consistent and getting stronger, so timing la kunci, once they start regular, tu lah tau masa nak pergi hospital. Since you've been induced twice, natural labour might feel different sebab contractions datang slow je at first, not suddenly like induction, so jangan panic kalau tak dramatic macam yang you expect, boleh je berlaku bertahap je. Rest as much as you can, jangan force yourself jalan kalau sakit sangat, and definitely mention to your doctor on next visit kalau ada any concerns about going into labour naturally this time.
