Eh, I totally understand your worry, bleeding dalam early pregnancy memang scary! But honestly, spotting boleh jadi normal, especially dalam first trimester. A few of my mum friends dulu ada brown spotting or light bleeding early on and baby turned out fine, sometimes it's just implantation bleeding or cervical irritation lah. That said, since the bleeding hari tu lebih macam period darah (bukan just spotting), I think it's worth getting a second opinion dari another doctor or specialist, especially since your Friday scan showed janin dengan heartbeat. Jangan ambil the "acuh tak acuh" attitude je, minta dia explain why he's not concerned, atau pergi see someone else. A few of us yang pernah experience spotting, kami memang coba track exactly berapa banyak darah, ada cramping ke tidak, dan apa jenis bleeding. Kalau dapat, try ambil note of the colour and amount so next doctor can assess better. Saya pun tengah bleeding sekarang dah 7 hari dan sedang warded di hospital kerajaan untuk Dr pantau. Sis kalau tak yakin boleh terus ke PAC hospital kerajaan untuk dapatkan rawatan. Sebab bleeding waktu mengandung ni tak normal. Macam saya Dr suspek ancaman keguguran cuma belum keguguran sah sebab kantung masih ada dan elok.
