First time pregnant

Wahhh congratulations!! Alhamdulillah, so excited for you! At 4 weeks plus, you're still very early, a few of my mum friends say the first trimester can feel surreal because you don't really look pregnant yet, so sometimes it doesn't feel real. Make sure you start taking your prenatal vitamins with folic acid if you haven't already, and when you go for your first scan, they'll confirm everything is progressing well.
