⊍⊍ Happy International breastfeeding month to my fellow feeders., I will be sharing my boobtastic journey to you all. ⊍⊍
First, i choose to breastfeed my kids coz i know it's the best for them of course diba sino bang ayaw ng best sa anak nila.
I tandem feed my twins for 5 years and my bunso pa ako non so minsan three sila nag bbreastfeed sa akin. Hindi ko man masabi na graduate na ang twins ko pero i give them my breast as a comfort or pampatulog this days.
While i'm on my padede journey before grabe, hindi lang pala yung best na yun ang nasa isip ko, kase ang thinking ko non "ay kase mahalaga yung breastfeed kase may nutrients or vitamins na nakukuha from mother, and yung mga anitibodies pa",.
Sobrang dami nakukuha ng baby/kids sa breastmilk, kase ayun mga may mga nutrients which is best on our baby's brain growth and nervous system development.
Baby's first 1000 days has so many benefits, because according to WHO, Exclusive breastfeeding—defined as the practice of only giving an infant breast-milk for the first 6 months of life (no other food or water) —is a cornerstone of child survival and child health because it provides essential, irreplaceable nutrition for a child’s growth and development.
I am so happy and proud of myself and the dedication + perseverance that i make it this far 🙏❤️
Sending love to anyone on their feeding journey whether you're struggling or hurt right now, we got this. 💪💪
And remember Children needs a balanced diet, and also to be vaccinated to keep them away from sickness and to be healthy, kaya mga parents don't forget to take a pledge here
