Hai dear, luteal line tu basically the baseline yang shows your post-ovulation temps, kalau chart mu naik consistent above that line lepas ovulation, it means good sign that ovulation happened! Three years TTC memang stressful, but honestly dari apa I see banyak moms yang pakai BBT chart together dengan timing and patience eventually dapat, so jangan lose hope lagi okay. One of my mum friends pakai BBT religiously and dapat second baby after 2+ years, so it really does help some people figure out their cycle better. Keep tracking, and maybe check dengan doctor if you haven't done full fertility workup yet, sometimes BBT chart combined with professional advice gives clearer picture.
