Honestly, I haven't delivered at HPUPM specifically, tapi a few of my mum friends who gave birth there say the facilities okay je dan the staff sangat caring, worth calling them directly to ask about costs and their current procedure sebab these things change, especially the husband's visitation policy which varies depending on labour ward rules. Dari what I hear, government hospitals like HPUPM memang lebih affordable compared to private, but the experience really depends on timing and how busy they are that day lah. Best approach is to go visit in person during office hours, ask to speak with the maternity ward staff, and minta detailed breakdown of costs, they're usually very helpful! Selamat menunggu, mommy!
