Keep bleeding for one week

Hai. Just want to ask. Did any of you also having same problem like me? I now 11 weeks pregnant. Last week something like jelly+ fresh blood discharged. It happens for a week but lately, the blood turns to brownish colour. I felt pain. Like PMS. And i went to see doctor at general hospital and also private clinic. They said Threathened miscarriage. Is it dangerous? And any of u also having this?
