Gatal tekak

Eh normal je tu, banyak pregnant mums kena gatal tekak especially dalam trimester ke-2 and ke-3, hormones and the body changes memang boleh trigger throat irritation gitu. Dua orang mum friends aku pun complain benda yang sama! But since it's been on-and-off, better check with your doctor just to be safe, terutama since you're first-time mum and nak make sure everything okay je. Drink plenty of water, gargle with salt water, and try to avoid triggers macam dust or cold air kalau boleh. Take care of yourself!
