Hai mama, aku pun pernah kena macam ni dulu, memang frustrating! Biasanya ni bug atau glitch dalam app lah, so cuba lah first uninstall apps completely then reinstall balik, kalau tu tak jadi, try force stop apps dalam settings, clear cache, then buka balik. Kalau masih sama juga, confirm korang dah try logout dan login semula ke account? Kalau tetap tak work lepas semua tu, better report to theAsianparent support team directly through the app, mereka usually respond cepat and boleh bantu fix issue korang properly.
