Don't worry, at 16 weeks it's still early, a few of us mums didn't feel clear movements until around 18-20 weeks, especially if the placenta is in front (anterior placenta, they call it). Since this is your third pregnancy you might recognise the movements faster once they start, but every pregnancy is different! That said, do mention it to your doctor at your next checkup just to be safe, they can do a quick scan if you're concerned, and it'll put your mind at ease.
