The doctor is doing the right thing by asking you to come back in 2 weeks, because sometimes the timing of the scan can be off, or sadly it could be blighted ovum (kantung tanpa janin). Either way, don't blame yourself, this happens for reasons beyond your control, and it doesn't mean you can't have a healthy pregnancy next time.
