Alamak, don't worry lah, 10 weeks is still very early and honestly, a lot of us didn't feel much in the belly at this stage either, especially if it's your first time carrying twins. My friend who had twins said the same thing, the boob soreness and swelling came first before she actually felt the bump, so that's completely normal! Every pregnancy is different though, so if you're worried or want to confirm everything is progressing well with the twins, best to check with your OB just to put your mind at ease, okay? They can do a proper scan and let you know everything is developing nicely.
