35-36 minggu selalu sakit perut

Sakit perut time ni memang common, mama! A few of us noticed it around 35-36 weeks jugak, bisa je Braxton Hicks contractions atau baby shifting position yang buat terasa macam kena tendang dari dalam. But kengkadang it could be ligament stretching atau just the weight of baby pressing down. Best check with your doc or midwife to make sure everything okay lah, especially if the pain is intense atau ada spotting ke apa, better safe than sorry when you're this far along!
