Aww sayang, memang pengalaman bersalin time COVID tu scary kan, tapi alhamdulillah most hospitals dah adjust procedure dia okay je. A few of my mum friends yang bersalin kat JB hospital cakap husband boleh standby dalam labour room and terus ada, tapi kena follow SOP mereka, some hospitals require rapid test dulu for the partner. Baby usually boleh stay dengan mummy if healthy, tapi depends on hospital policy jugak; kalau ada any concerns dengan baby's health or mummy pun, the little one might kena monitor kat nursery dulu for a few hours. Stay duration normally 2-3 days kalau normal delivery, maybe longer if c-sec, pastu they discharge you once everything okay je. Best thing is call the hospital directly to confirm their exact SOP sebab each one ada slight different rules, and you'll feel more relaxed knowing exactly what to expect!
