Hai sayang, don't worry lah, every pregnancy is different, and some of us just don't get the typical symptoms macam morning sickness or cramps! A few of my mum friends had super smooth first trimesters with minimal signs, and baby turned out perfectly fine. Tapi since you're worried, best to give your doctor a quick call or text your clinic just to put your mind at ease lah, they can check with an ultrasound and confirm everything is progressing nicely. Hang in there, pregnancy is a rollercoaster of anxiety even when things are going well!
