Hai hun! Normal cycle biasanya 21-35 hari, so ada variasi lah, mine is 28 days, tapi a few of my mum friends punya 32-33 days and that's totally fine jugak. The key thing is consistency, so kira from day 1 of your period sampai day 1 of next period, tapi jangan stress if ada slight changes depending on stress, hormones, all that lah. If you're trying to conceive, tracking is helpful, but if irregular sangat or ada changes that worry you, better check with your gynae okay? All the best with your journey!
