Puting tetek sakit bila tersentuh

Eh sakit puting 5 minggu postpartum tu very normal lah, especially kalau baru start breastfeeding, kebanyakan dari kita semua kena through this phase! Usually it takes around 2-4 weeks more untuk settle down, tapi some of my mum friends says theirs took a bit longer depending on latching dan baby's suck strength. Try to make sure baby latching dengan betul sebab that makes a huge difference, and jangan rasa malu to see a lactation consultant or check with your doctor kalau it gets worse or ada luka yang infected.
