Hai babe, I haven't tried LPPKN sendiri but a few of my mum friends yang went private klinik said implant range from RM1,500 to RM3,000+ depending on the type and clinic, so LPPKN should be cheaper since it's government clinic, tapi you'd need to call them direct to confirm current pricing sebab prices do change! Best to ring or visit in person, I think, since LPPKN staff can explain the different implant options available and the exact cost for you personally.
