Aww dear, I understand la, yang infection dah lepas tapi luka tu masih sensitif, memang boleh terasa sakit shooting atau nyilu2 lagi sampai berbulan-bulan especially kalau kena gerak tiba2 atau tukar posisi tidur. A few mum friends I know yang ada incident sama (wound reopening after c-sec) cerita lama jugak healing nya compared to normal c-sec, so you're not alone in this. Tapi since yours dah 90 days and still ada pain + ada keraguan pasal peradangan, honestly better to get your gynae to have a quick look, bukan untuk "godek" perut, just reassurance from someone who tahu your wound history, and to make sure ia healing properly without any complications. Jangan risau too much, most times ni just nerve sensitivity from the reopening but better safe kan.
