Hai babe! I delivered my second via caesar at a government hospital few years ago, and honestly the cost was quite reasonable, think it was around RM800-1200 depending on the ward class you choose (subsidised rates lah, that's the beauty of government hospitals!). A few of my mum friends did the same and mostly around that range, tapi memang boleh negotiate or ask for ward assistance kalau budget tight. Best you call the hospital directly or go to their antenatal clinic to get the exact breakdown sebab each hospital mungkin slightly different, plus ada extra charges untuk things like epidural or complications if ada.
