Aiyoo, 3rd degree tear is quite serious lah, you really need to check with your gynae or doctor about the healing timeline and when the stitches will dissolve, sebab depends on the type of sutures they used and your individual healing. A few of us in my circle had tears, and honestly the recovery is different for everyone, but what helped was keeping the area clean and dry, not sitting too long in one position, and being gentle during toilet time, some of us swore by sitting on those donut cushions, and make sure you're eating protein-rich foods to help with healing!
