Congrats on the pregnancy I don't have recent experience at HSNZ myself, tapi a few of my mum friends delivered there in the last 2-3 years, I'd suggest calling their obstetrics department directly lah, sebab policy tu boleh berubah and you want the most current info. From what they shared, some managed to request female doctors but it depends on availability and siapa on duty that day, so best to ask during your antenatal visit or call ahead to confirm. Try asking your gynae doctor too since dia akan refer you there, usually dorang ada inside info on the current arrangement!
