I haven't given birth there myself, but a few of my mum friends have and they said the staff were quite friendly and helpful, one of them mentioned the wards were decent lah, though a bit crowded during peak hours. Best you try asking in the Banting or Selangor mum groups since there should be quite a few who've delivered there recently, they'll give you the honest updates on current facilities and waiting times!
