HELP! newborn, 3 days old with fever..

Had a slight incident at around 130 am.. nahulog si baby while nkahiga on her back sa tummy ni daddy.. Doesn't look like she has a concussion and mejo padded yun part where she fell.. We did our observation and things where back to normal after more than an hour.. Come 5am we noticed na she was a little warmer than usual, took her temp and it was 37.8.. Do we go straight to ER or consult with pedia? Thanks so much.. Super-extra-worried-new-mom
