Accidentally ate Zyrtec R during pregnancy

Had a runny nose suddenly, so I googled if can take Zyrtec while pregnant and google say safe. I took 1 Zyrtec-R then read the leaflet and realised that they said “Not recommended for pregnancy” Is it safe or not safe? Is it okay?

Honestly the best thing you can do is call your gynae or go to the polyclinic and let them know exactly what you took and how far along you are, just so a proper doctor can reassure you properly. Please don't stress yourself out too much in the meantime, just get it checked and you will feel so much better once you have spoken to a professional.
