Regenesis Max and Bio-folate

Hindi ako personally tried Regenesis Max, pero a few of my mum friends sa prenatal vitamins nila, ang common feedback is na depende talaga sa tummy ng bawat mama, some got mild nausea sa first few days lang, then okay na, while iba talaga sensitive like you with Mosvit. Since Foladin was good sa'yo, I'd suggest asking your OB if pwede i-adjust ang timing ng intake (like take it with food or before bed) or kung may alternative na formula na gentler, kasi 11 weeks pa lang and you need consistent nutrition for baby.
