Ay, possible talaga yan on CD20, mama! Kasi kung nag-ovulate ka after the Ovamit, yung implantation cramps at breast tenderness can start around 6-12 days after ovulation, so timing-wise it could line up. Best thing talaga is to test na lang in a few days or wait for your period pa, kasi ang hirap mag-assume hehe, one of my TTC friends thought she was implanting pero turned out hormonal lang from the trigger shot.
