Period after a month

Oo normal yan mama, lalo na if exclusively breastfeeding ka, some of us get it back agad while others take months, it really just depends sa body mo! A few of my mum friends got theirs within 4-6 weeks din kahit breastfeeding, so you're definitely not alone, haha. The good news is it doesn't mean anything's wrong, pero just watch your flow and energy levels siguro, at make sure you're eating enough kasi breastfeeding + period recovery together ay nakakaubos talaga.
