Hello guys. I am just curious. I'm in my first trimester and i did want to know how can i know if my baby is in good condition, alive & healthy? I'm at my 5 weeks now. Coz doctor told me still early to do scan. So how can. I know at home?

In 5w fetus not develop yet depending your period cycle, only yolk sac can be seen. U can wait 8w above to do ultrasound to see the fetus & fetal pole. So what u need to do is continue consume folic acid everyday..eat & drink healthy (if u don't hv morning sickness) and avoid do heavy work atm.
