half cup lng rice mu.ang breakfast much better kung unflavored oatmeal or whole wheat bread with hard boiled egg.eat more protein and fiber.stop eating/drinking sugary.more on gulay.sitaw pnakamabisa,ampalaya,toge,broccoli and cauliflower.sa fish,mackerel,salmon and sardines.pag snack mu,fruits or pipino.

minsan po kasi nagoatmeal ako s dinner, then nilagyan ko po ng anmum, tumaas bgla sugar ko.. minsan nman po, wheatbread lng pero tumaas prn..
