Girl, I feel you, 31 weeks in this heat is BRUTAL! A few of us pregnant mums swear by sleeping with the aircon on the lowest setting and using a cooling pad under the sheet (game-changer talaga), plus drinking lots of cold water throughout the day, pero especially before bed. Pati yung lightweight cotton nightgowns, hindi ang regular PJs, mas breathable and sobrang init-friendly. Medyo cheat pero sometimes we'd sleep with wet hair din or spray water on our pillows, haha, whatever helps you sleep man! Hang in there, kaya mo yan, almost there na!
