Salary differential is tax-free!

Got this very exciting news from HR. I sent a clarification last week re salary differential and later confirmed by our HR manager-compensation and benefits that we are obliged to follow this, thus, i will be availing this benefit this December.. :) to all working moms out there!

Mam please discuss po sa HR nyo. I suggest po to download the form, nasa BIR po. I have a copy kaso nasa laptop ko, hindi ko ma-attach dito. Once nadownload nyo na po, discuss with your HR na tax free ang salary differential.. :)
