A few of us mums went through similar situations, and honestly, the emotional side was harder than anything else, so please be kind sa sarili mo. It's okay to feel whatever you're feeling, whether sad, angry, or even numb. Talk to your partner, your mom, or a trusted friend; don't carry this alone. One of my mum friends found it helped to journal or just cry it out rather than keeping it bottled up.
Right now, rest lang and take it one day at a time. Your OB has a plan, and that's good, trust the process, and lean on your support system. You're stronger than you think, mommy.
