not true. vitamins and minerals are given for prenatal care, for mother and baby's nutrition and development. kulang ang mga vitamins and minerals sa kinakain kaya need ng supplements. ang nakakalaki ng baby ay fats, protein, sugar/sweets due to caloric intake. so eat a well balanced diet.
hindi naman mii. actually recommended talaga ang mga prenatal vitamins sa healthy development ni baby kaya it's better inumin mo sya araw araw 😊
