So from what I understand, kailangan mo ng 3 months of contributions within the 12 months before your maternity benefit claim para ma-approve ng SSS, so kung 8 months lang contributions mo by November, that should be okay pa as long as those 8 months fall within that 12-month window! Best to call SSS directly or visit their website para ma-confirm ang exact computation based on your contribution history, kasi sometimes may retroactive contributions or payment arrangements na pwedeng i-process, and you want to make sure you're covered in time before November.
