Someone in my mum group mentioned Dr Vellayapan at International Baby Child & Adolescent Clinic, a few parents there have had good experiences with him, so that could be worth looking into if you want a dedicated paediatrician. Kinder Clinic also comes up quite a bit, and while their branches are at Paragon and Mount Elizabeth Novena rather than right in Queenstown, they're not too far if you don't mind a short trip and the range of paediatricians there is quite well-regarded. It really depends whether you prioritise convenience or having a specific trusted doctor, both seem like solid options, just different trade-offs on location versus specialist choice.
