Good morning po does anyone know regarding sa philhealth kapag po ba last kung contribution was 2019 then 2020 hindi ako naka bayad for the whole year.. Pwede po ba akong mag start ng bayad this year 2021 for the whole year? Sana po May maka sagot .. thank you
