8-9 days late period still negative

Aww, I know that feeling kasi naging hopeful ka na... It's so frustrating! A few of us TTC moms experienced the same thing, sometimes ang period lang talaga ay nag-delay for random reasons like stress, hormonal changes, or travel, kaya hindi automatic pregnancy. If you're still negative after 8-9 days late, best to see your OB na para ma-check ang actual reason, baka need ng blood test para mas accurate (more sensitive than PT), or baka may iba pang bagay na nangyari sa cycle mo.
