Hey mama, totally normal yan! Those cramps (called afterpains) happen kasi umuulit ang uterus mo back to normal size, lalo na if breastfeeding ka because the milk letdown triggers them din. The bleeding usually lasts 4-6 weeks pero it gets lighter as days go by, sa amin mga kaibigan, some tapered off after 3 weeks, some almost 6, so it varies talaga. That said, if the cramps are sobrang severe or the bleeding is super heavy (like soaking through a pad in an hour), please check with your OB just to be sure everything's good, okay?
