Hi momshie! At 4 months, frequent poops are usually normal, especially if breastfed, some babies poop after every feed, which can look like sunod-sunod talaga pero hindi pa diarrhea. The difference is, with diarrhea, ang stool ay magiging watery, may weird smell, or may blood/mucus, and baby might get fever or seem uncomfortable. A few of us moms noticed our babies had phases like this at that age, pero important talaga na ma-check ni doctor para sure, lalo na kung may fever siya o changes in feeding. Better safe than sorry with babies, di ba?
