Basta malalaman po natin ang dami ng consumption ni baby by their outputs (pupu, wiwi, pawis). As for actually draining, we can't really say since never naman talagang nauubos ang laman ng breast natin since continues ang pagproduce ng milk nito habang may dumedede ☺️ So in general, just make sure na both breasts ay equally nyang nadededehan ☺️ Also, breastfeeding for babies is not just for feeding but also for comfort. So possible na nakalatch sila without actually sucking kasi gusto lang nila na nasa breast natin, feeling our warmth and hearing our heartbeat which relaxes them ☺️
